Questions
How do credits work?
A video costs 1 credit for 15 or 30 seconds, 2 for 60 seconds, and 2 more when every scene is animated. Writing and editing scripts is free, and every finished video gets one free remake. New users get a welcome credit, and you can watch a short ad for more.
What if a video fails?
Its credits come back automatically, and the app tells you.
How do I cancel Pro?
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and RioStudio. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my data?
There's no account. Your videos stay in your library until you delete them, and deleting a video deletes its files. Read the privacy policy for the details.
